The Inspiration
This indigenous garden showcases water wise Aloes, shrubs and groundcovers. The changes made this year include new hard landscaping and a Pelargonium-filled circular colour-scape.
Looking at the current water scarcity in South Africa, gardening with succulents is the way forward. Indigenous winter flowering succulents, the focus of this garden, have striking blooms that provide colour in the garden at this time of year.
The forest section represents how we can use indigenous plants for shady spaces.
This garden is inspired by getting in touch with our African biodiversity. Sit back, relax and get in touch with nature.
